Studio Rates

You may register online or over the phone. Your registration is considered complete once you pay the $25(individual) or $75(family) non-refundable Registration Fee. At this point your space will be held in the class.

Studio Policies

Tuition

Tuition is due the first of each month. A $10 late fee is applied on the 10th of the month. There will be no refunds for missed classes. Please make up any missed class in another class of similar age and ability. 

  • Tuition is due on the first of the month. We require a credit card be linked to your Dance Studio-Pro account upon registration. Tuition is automatically deducted from the card on file on the 1st of the month.
  • Tuition rates can be paid in full or split up into monthly payments. Rates are based on one class per month.
  • Our rates schedule reflects a percentage discount for adding multiple classes for immediate Family members ONLY. No further discounts can be provided.
  • A $25 fee is charged for all NSF and closed account checks.
  • Costumes can be paid between Oct 1-Feb-1. A deposit of $25 per recital class must be paid before Dec16. Balances of $50 per recital class is due by Feb 1, all classes costumes $75. We will not order costumes for students who have not paid a deposit of $25 by Dec 15.
  • Costumes ordered late, if available will be charged a $25 shipping/handling fee. COSTUMES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.
  • There will be a $40 performance per dancer and a cap off of $120 per family.
  • Our Recitals are free of charge.

Withdrawal Policy

One months written notice must be given for students who move or withdraw. No withdrawals are permitted after February 1 of the current dance year, without a $200 withdrawal fee. (Special cases considered)

Snow / Inclement Weather Policy

Classes may be canceled due to snow or icy conditions.  We will be following the Bellingham School district for snow closures.

Depending on the amount of closures we will offer one or two Make-Up days of classes. You will not be required to take your style of class. (your level or lower) this maybe a fun time to try a different style. These will take place on a Sunday. 

Refund Policy

There are no pro rated or refunds offered for registered students. 

 

Exceptions will be made for students who have paid a session in full and have given a one month written notice.

Free Trial Classes

Not sure if we are a good match for you or which style you want to learn? Free trial classes are available and may be taken once per style. For more information get in touch
